ROLAND B. TAYMAN

 Roland B. Tayman was a member of the West Annapolis Volunteer Fire Department for 72-years. He was very helpful when the new fire house was being built. Whenever any plumbing work needed done at the station, he was the man for the job. He served as Trustee for many years.

 He was an active member of the Anne Arundel County Volunteer Firefighter's Association and was inducted in the Hall of Fame in 1998.

 Roland worked as a plumber for over 60-years. He died on 3 January 2009 at the age of 89.
