Anna was a member of the Cape St. Claire Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. The Ladies Auxiliary was not in existence long enough for anyone to receive life membership. Anna did not hold an office but was active with fundraisers and whatever the ladies were involved in.

Anna was President of the Anne Arundel County Volunteer Firemen’s Association Ladies Auxiliary from 1965-1966. She was inducted in the Hall of Fame in 2003.
