Betty was an active member of the Brooklyn Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary.

 

Betty served as President of the Ladies Auxiliary to the Anne Arundel County Volunteer Firemen’s Association from 1964-1965. She was inducted in the Hall of Fame in 2003.
