Because of the winter snow storm that is hitting our area this weekend, and the postponement of the association meeting, company LOSAP coordinators were unable to pick up Maryland Income Tax subtraction benefit forms for distribution to eligible members. These forms will be distributed at the association meeting that has been rescheduled for Friday, February 12.
The LOSAP Committee has also placed the LOSAP Information Manual online under the LOSAP Committee's web page. Company coordinators should review this manual for guidelines on administering their recordkeeping responsibilities for their company.
We also have posted an Income Tax Subtraction benefit bulletin on our web page and the 2009 version of Maryland Form 502V that is required to take the volunteer mileage subtraction benefit. Please review this information and take advantage of the income tax subtraction benefits available to you as a volunteer.
