Baseus Recalls Select Portable Chargers with Model Number BS-30KP365
Your safety is our top priority. In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission("CPSC"), Shenzhen Baseus Technology Co., Ltd("Baseus") is voluntarily recalling the following portable charger:

Baseus Portable Charger, 65W 30000mAh High Capacity Portable Charger with model number BS-30KP365 with a serial number (SN) ending in the number 0 through 9 or the letter "D".
The lithium-ion battery in the portable charger may overheat, posing a fire hazard.

If you have a portable charger with model number BS-30KP365, and a serial number (SN) ending in the number 0 through 9 or the letter "D", stop using it right away. You must register below to request a free replacement BS-30KP365 portable charger with a serial number (SN) ending in the letter "A".

No other Baseus portable chargers or power banks are affected by this voluntary recall.

Use this form to register for the recall and request a free replacement Baseus BS-30KP365 portable charger with a serial number (SN) ending in the letter "A".

To participate in this recall, please make sure you have the following: (1) your contact information, (2) proof of purchase (such as an order invoice), or, if you do not have proof of purchase, a photo of the recalled portable charger with your name and submission date written on it in permanent marker, (3) a photo of the recalled portable charger showing the model number and serial number (SN), which are printed on the bottom of the device. As part of the recall registration process, you must confirm that you have immediately stopped using the portable charger and have properly disposed of it in accordance with local requirements for products with lithium-ion batteries. For more information on this recall, please visit FAQ.

Please enter the order number for your Baseus BS-30KP365 Portable Charger, with serial number (SN) ending in the number 0 through 9, or the letter "D".
If you own multiple recalled portable chargers in one order, please select the correct quantity and complete the information.
If you have multiple orders including the recalled portable chargers, you need to fill out a recall application for each order.

If you do not have proof of purchase, you will need to upload a photo of the recalled portable charger with your name and submission date written on the product in permanent marker. Additionally, you also need to upload a photo of the product showing both the model number and the serial number.
