Joseph (Joe) W. Angyelof, Jr. joined the Earleigh Heights VFC (EHVFC) in 1959. In his 57 years with the company he has served faithfully and with intensity. He has held various operations ranks including Chief. He has served as Vice President and President. His dedication to the company has been steadfast whether it is something small needing done or a larger commitment. If you make it to an Earleigh Heights event you will see Joe there, working in some fashion, whether it be serving drinks, food, or helping with the Big 6 wheel. If you ask him to do something, he will do it. He is truly a help to the fire station.
Joe is also instrumental in the Anne Arundel County Retired Firefighters Association. He helps them raise money and put on good events. He sells many tables for each event that he helps with. He buys a ticket to the county association bull roasts and attends the County Volunteer Firefighters convention yearly.
Joe has dutifully served the interest of the EHVFC. He serves as a role model for many and is known throughout the fire company and the county for his strong leadership skills.
