Committee functions and duties:
The LOSAP committee shall assist the Board of Trustees in the administration of the volunteer Length of Service Award Program. Members of the LOSAP Committee shall ensure that each member company from their respective district submits all required forms and certifications to the Board of Trustees in a timely manner.
All company coordinators should review the LOSAP Information Manual for guidelines on how to administer your company's recordkeeping responsibilities.

We now collect individual member activity using an on-line web collection system. Each company LOSAP coordinator has been given instructions on how to use this new system.
Members that have a concern about the privacy protections given to the collection and retention of Personal Identifying Information (PII) may review our Privacy Act Statement --> AACVFA Privacy Act

LOSAP Working Group

A special LOSAP Working Group has been assigned to review the current provisions of the LOSAP program and determine if changes to the requirements and benefits are warranted. The Working Group will seek appropriate legislation through Anne Arundel County for any proposed changes.
