Patricia "Pat" Sohn
Date of Birth: October 12, 1958
Date of Death: June 21, 2025

Patricia "Pat" Sohn, a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother, and loyal friend, passed away peacefully on June 21, 2025, after a brief but courageous battle with cancer. She was 66.

Born on October 12, 1958, Pat grew up in Sun Valley and spent her life as a proud and active resident of Pasadena, Maryland. A graduate of Northeast High School, Class of 1976, Pat went on to serve her country with dedication and honor with a 40-year career at the National Security Agency, retiring in 2014.

Pat’s life was one of selfless service and unwavering devotion—to her family, her community, and her extended firehouse family. In 1986, she joined the Earleigh Heights Volunteer Fire Company Auxiliary— just to spend more time with her husband, Mike—and it quickly became a lifelong passion. Pat served in every office and on countless committees, eventually becoming President of both the Earleigh Heights VFC Auxiliary and the Ladies Auxiliary of the Anne Arundel County Volunteer Firefirefighters Association (1995-1996).

Above all else, Pat was a natural caregiver. Whether she was organizing firehouse events, supporting fellow auxiliary members, or simply taking her beloved grandchildren on outings,

Pat lived her life putting others first. Her warmth, compassion, and unwavering support will be missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Michael Sohn; her children, Bryan (Melissa) and Nicole (Ryan); and her treasured grandchildren, Anastasia, Lillian, Joslyn, and Makayla. She also leaves behind her brothers Andrew Price (Kim) and Milton Price (Sara), and many nieces and nephews. Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew W. Price, Sr. and Lucina Price (née Berger), her brother, John Price and sister-in-law, Debbie Price.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit at the family owned and operated MCCULLY POYNIAK & COLLINS FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road PASADENA on Thursday June 26, 2025, 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Christ the King Church 7436 Baltimore Annapolis Blvd. Glen Burnie on Friday, June 27, 2025, at 12:30 pm. followed by burial at Cedar Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Pat’s memory may be made to: Earleigh Heights VFC Auxiliary P.O. Box 547 Severna Park, MD 21146 or Hospice of the Chesapeake
