Constitution and Bylaws

Committee functions and duties:

The Constitution and Bylaws Committee shall receive and review all submitted changes of the Constitution and Bylaws and make recommendations to the membership, prior to voting, providing the proposals have been submitted in writing, in accordance with Article X.
