The Outstanding Member of the Quarter Committee shall be responsible for establishing rules and procedures for the Anne Arundel County Volunteer Firefighters Association Outstanding Member of the Quarter Award.  The committee shall receive nominations in accordance with the published rules and procedures and conduct meetings for the selection of the awardee(s).
